PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

9.1 Personal data are processed in accordance with Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended. The contracting parties have agreed that, if the Buyer is a natural person, the Buyer is liable to inform the Seller in the purchase order form about his first name(s) and surname, his permanent address, including the postcode, his telephone number, and email address.

9.2 The Return Policy forms an indispensable part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

9.3 The contracting parties have agreed that, if the Buyer is a legal entity, the Buyer is liable to inform the Seller in the purchase order form about his company name, the address of the company’s registered office, including the postcode, the company registration number, the telephone number, and the email address.

9.4 The Buyer may check and modify his personal data at any time, and he may cancel his registration after signing in on the website of the electronic shop in the “My account” section.

9.5 By marking the respective field before sending the purchase order, the Buyer may express his consent, in terms of the provisions of Article 11 Section 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act, to having his personal data, especially those stated above and/or those that are necessary for the Seller’s activities connected with sending information about new products, discounts and promotions about the goods offered, processed and stored by the Seller, and to having them processed by the Seller in all his information systems connected with sending information about new products, discounts and promotions about the goods offered.

9.6 The Seller declares that he shall collect personal data exclusively for purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return Policy.

9.7 The Buyer grants his consent to the Seller for a definite time, until the purpose of processing the Buyer’s personal data is fulfilled. After the fulfilment of this purpose, the Seller shall immediately delete the Buyer’s personal data. The Buyer may revoke his consent to having his personal data processed at any time in a written form. The consent expires within 1 month of the delivery of the revocation of the consent by the Buyer to the Seller.

    1. Based on a free written request, the Buyer has the right to object to the Seller to processing his personal data in cases specified in Article 10 Section 3 Letters a), e), f) or g) of the Act on Personal Data Protection by giving justified reasons or submitting proofs of an unjustified interference with his rights and with his legitimate interests that are, or may be, in a specific case damaged by such personal data processing; if no legal grounds prevent it and if it is confirmed that the Buyer’s objection is justified, the Seller is liable to immediately, as soon as circumstances permit, disable and delete all the personal data to which the Buyer has objected.
    1. If the Buyer exercises his right in writing and if the contents of the request suggest that he is exercising his right, the request is considered to be submitted under the Personal Data Protection Act; the Buyer has to submit any request sent by electronic mail or fax in writing as well, within three days of its sending, at the latest.

9.10 If the Buyer suspects that his personal data are processed unjustifiedly, he may notify the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic about this. If the Buyer does not have full legal capacity, his rights may be exercised by his legal guardian.

9.11 The Seller informs such a Buyer that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 Section 1 Letter e) Point 3 and Point 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act, it is assumed that, while processing the Buyer’s personal data, the Buyer’s personal data shall be provided and made available to the following third parties:

Name/data of the delivery service registered in the Company Register of the District Court of Bratislava 1, Sro section, entry no.

9.12 The information systems of the Seller’s electronic shop are registered in terms of Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. Identification number: 1………/2013-Xx/Yy.
